硫代碳酰肼和氨基硫脲衍生物具有一定的生理活性,可作为某些金属离子的特效试剂,引起了人们极大的兴趣。1975年,Edward报道了在青霉素和先锋霉素中引入二茂铁基,可使抗菌活性提高。
Some new thiosemicarbazones and thiocarbohydrazones containing fervocenyl groupR^1C(CH_3)=NNHC(S) NHR^2(1~4)[R^1=η~5-C_5H_5FeC_5H_4-.O■C η~5-C_5H_5FeC_5H_4 C CH_2-, R^2=C_6H_5-. 2-naphthyl-]. R^3C(CH_3)=NNHC(S)NHNH_2. R^3C(CH_3)=NNHC(S)NHN=CR^4R^5(5-8) [R^3=η~5-C_5H_5FeC_5H_4-; R_4~4=CH_3, R^5=η~5-C_5H_5FeC_5H_4-; R^4=H, R^5=o-C_6H_4OH; R^4=CH_3, R^5=2-hydroxy-4-methylphenyl] have been synthesized by the condensation of appro-priate derivatives of ferrocene and thiocarbohydrazide or thiosemicarbazide in ethamol in thepresence of glacial acetic acid, All compounds have not been reported so far and their struc-tures have been confirmed by elemental analysis, ~1H NMR and IR. The reaction Conditionsfor the synthesis of these compounds are also discussed.
