雷公藤系卫矛科植物(Tripterygium Wilf-Ordii Hook.f.),1972年,Kupechan从中分得三种环氧二萜内醋类化合物。

The crystal structure of triptetraolide C_(20)H_(26)O_8, was determined on the RigakuAFC 5R four circle diffractometer. The space group was found to be C2, with a=1.1925(7) b=0.6688(6) c=2.2902(5)nm, β=100.73(3)°, V_c=1.795(2)nm^3 Z=4. The structurewas solved by the direct methods and refined to a final R=0.071 for 1441 observed MoKareflections with I≥3 σ(I).
