There are labor services relation and business relation between the personal agent and the insurance company. As the same time, the responsibility of personal insurance agent is to promote the sale of product. At a special labor community which is considerable in number, it is facing numerous problems such as their work, living condition and rights and interests protecting. Trade union organizations should take various measure to research and solve the difficult problems. In a word, it is our long-term work of trade unions.
