毛细管气相色谱法测定当归中有机氯农药

Study on determination of organochlorine pesticide in Angelica sinensis with capillary gas chromatography

目的 测定当归中残留的DDT ,BHC ,PCNB ,HEPT ,PCA及MPCPS。方法 样品经USP/NF方法提取后 ,GC法测定 ,采用HP - 6 0 8弹性石英毛细管柱及电子捕获检测器 ,外标法计算含量。结果 高、中、低 3个浓度的平均回收率为 85 .2 %～10 0 .1% ,RSD为 2 .9%～ 11.3%。结论 方法简便 ,重复性好。

OBJECTIVE: To determine the residues of DDT, BHC, PCNB, HEPT, PCA and MPCPS in Angelica sinensis. METHODS; After the samples were extracted by USP/NF, the extracts were determined by GC. The column was HP-608 spring quartz capillary. The electronic capture detector was used. The contents were calculated with external standard. RESULTS: The average recovery in 3 spiked level were 85.2% ∼ 104.1% with RSD = 2.9% ∼ 11.3%. CONCLUSION: The method appeared to be simple, convenient and can be used to determine organochlorine pesticide in Chinese medicine herbs.
