摘要
采用高压惰性气体雾化水冷的快速凝固的方式制备各种粒度(175~375μm,75~175μm,<75μm)的Al_(63)Cu_(25)Fe_(12)准晶粉末的不同温度(650℃,750℃,850℃)下的热处理,总结出不同的处理条件下粉末内部相的转变情况,发现Al_(63)Cu_(25)Fe_(12)粉末中相的变化主要集中在β(τ)相的降低和准晶Ⅰ相的生成以及ω相的形成,随着热处理时间的增加,β(τ)相迅速降低,准晶Ⅰ相增加;而且在850℃保温12h的真空热处理后,向准晶相的转变较充分,可以得到几乎单一的准晶组成。
The inert gas(N_2)atomized and water-cooled Al_(63)Cu_(25)Fe_(12) powders (particle size:175~375μm,75 ~175μm,<75μm)are treated at different temperatures(650℃,750℃,850℃). By the X-ray diffraction analysis,the rule of phase transformation is concluded under various conditions of heat treatment. The phase transformation focus on decreasing of β(r)、increasing of icosahedral phase and the forming of ω,and under the vacuum condition of keeping 850℃ and 12hr,the transformation of icosahedral phase is efficient,and the single icosahedral phase constitute can be obtained.
