摘要 开发了OCT MFCC汽油选择性加氢脱硫技术,在压力1 6~3 0MPa、温度260~280℃、空速2 0~6 0h-1、氢油体积比300~500的条件下,对国内外FCC汽油进行选择性加氢处理,加氢脱硫率为85%~90%,烯烃体积分数降低7 0~13 0个百分点,研究法辛烷值RON损失小于2 0个单位,RON和MON平均损失小于1 5个单位,汽油收率大于98 0%。 The distribution of sulfur and olefin in domestic FCC gasoline and OCT-M FCC gasoline selective hydrodesulfurization (HDS) process, developed by Sinopec Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum Processing (FRIPP), were described. Selevtive hydrotreatment of domestic and abroad FCC gasoline was carried out at 1.6-3.0 MPa,260~280 ℃, LHSV of 3.0~6.0 h^(-1) and hydrogen-to-oil volumetric ratio of 300∶1-500∶1, with HDS efficiency of 85%-90%, olefin level reduction by 7.0~13.0 percentage points ,RON drop of less than 2.0, (RON+MON)/2 loss of less than 1.5, and gasoline yield of over 98.0%. OCT-M process has been applied to a commercial unit with satisfactory results.
