摘要
报道了以微波辅助由己酸和异戊醇催化合成己酸异戊酯的反应条件。实验结果表明,在醇酸比为1 5、催化剂质量分数为5 1%、辐射功率为420W和反应时间为20min时,产率可达90%以上。
Synthesis of isoamyl caproate from caproic acid and isoamyl alcohol over ferric chloride with the aid of microwave irradiation was studied. The optimum reaction condition was determined as follows: isoamyl- alcohol-to-caproic-acid molar ratio = 1.5∶1, quantity of the catalyst = 5.1%, irradition power (420 W), reaction time = 20 min. Isoamyl caproate yield of over 90% was obtained under the optimum condition.
