2,4-二氯-5-胺基苯基异丙基醚的气相色谱分析研究

Analysis of 2,4-Dichloro-5-Isopropyloxynitrobenzene by Gas Chromatography

用2.5%的OV-210,长度为2m的不锈钢填充柱,以苯甲酰甲酸甲酯为内标物,在145℃柱温下,用FID检测器对2,4-二氯-5-胺基苯基异丙基醚及2,4-二氯-5-硝基苯基异丙基醚的混合物进行定量分析。该方法的变异系数分别为0.22%和0.23%,平均回收率分别为99.96%和100.07%,线性相关系数为0.9999。

The mixture of 2,4-dichloro-5-isopropyloxynitrobenzene and 2,4-dichloro-5-isopropyloxyaniline was analyzed by gas chromatography with flame ionization detection on φ2.5mm×1.5m 2.5% OV-210/gas chromosorb WHP(80～100m) packed column . The column temperature was 145 degree Celsius. The ionization temperature was 200 degree Celsius. And the detection temperature was 200 degree Celsius too. The linear relationship of this method was very good.The standard deviation and aviation coefficient were 0.25%,0.26% and 0.22%,0.23% respectively.
