钒化合物对氮化钼电极的影响

The Effect of V-Compound on Molybdenum Nitride

摘要 在氮化钼的制备中加入了钒化合物,研究了其对氮化钼电极的影响。钒化合物加入后,氮化钼电极的工作电势窗口拓宽约0.34v,电极的电化学性能得到明显改进。 During the period to prepare Molybdenum Nitride,the V-compound is added to prepare Molybdenum Nitride,its effect on Molybdenum Nirtide is also discussed in this paper.Its research result shows that the voltage of the Molybdenum-Nitride electrode has been widened from 0.53v to 0.87v by adding V-compound,the chemical properties of the electrode has been improved greatly.
