摘要
采用心理测量学和心理统计中多元分析等实证研究方法,探讨了角色压力源、中介变量及工作压力等各自的因素结构及其之间的相互关系.并从组织的角度提出了工作压力管理的一些建议.
The research methods of the multiple analyses in psychological measurement and statistics were used in this study. The structures of the role stressors, the resilience factor, the job stress, and the relationship between them were explored. Also some proposals on management of job stress were put forward from the organizational level.
