摘要
对沥青贮罐加热系统出油管联箱的失效进行了分析。分析包括结构强度分析、宏观断口分析、金相分析和扫描电镜分析等。分析结果表明 ,联箱结构的强度是满足要求的 ,失效主要是由于焊接质量差引起的 ,焊缝中存在明显的未焊透和气孔等缺陷。
A failure analysis was conducted for a oil-outlet header in heating system of a asphalt tank. The failure analysis consisted of a strength analysis,a macro-fracture surface analysis,a metallurgical microscope and scanning electron microscope analysis. The analytical results showed that the design of the header was satisfied for strength and worse welded quality was primary cause for the failure.
