高低压型螺纹锁紧环换热器管束爆管后安全泄压分析 被引量:2

摘要 加氢裂化装置E30 5AB是高低压型螺纹锁紧环换热器 ,即管程是高压反应流出物 ,低压则是脱丁烷塔进料。换热器管束为 4 10不锈钢 (即 0Cr13) ,反应流出物中的H2 S、NH4 HS对管束的点蚀和坑蚀会造成管束减薄爆管 ,大量高压油气从爆裂的管束处窜入低压的壳程 ,进入脱丁烷塔 ,引起塔压剧增 ,本文对脱丁烷塔顶安全阀的泄压能力进行初步计算 ,分析该系统在此危急情况下的安全性。 E305A/B are H-L threaded locking ring heat exchangers used in Hydro-cracking plant.The pipe-flow that comes from reactor is operated in high pressure,while the shell-flow that is the feed of butane splitter is operated in low pressure.The pipe of the heat exchanger is made from 410 stainless steel(0Cr13).It's thickness will be smaller because of tubercular corrosion and pit corrosion by H 2S & NH 4HS in the reactor outflow.Once the pipe happen leakage because of those corrosion,lots of oil and gas would rush into shell which is running in low pressure and go into the butane splitter and increase the tower's pressure rapidly.This paper made some calculation about the capacity of SAV installed on butane splitter and estimated the security of the system in urgent happen situation that informed in the upper context.
