摘要
UV油墨是一种无(或少)溶剂型油、墨,印刷中有瞬时干燥、能耗低、资源省、少污染、印刷质量好、生产效率高等诸特点,正在许多领域获得广泛应用。对UV油墨概况、组成分类、固化机理及其应用作了较为系统的阐述。同时,对UV油墨及其技术的发展动向也作了简要的介绍。
UV ink is a kind, of solvent-free or less solvent ink. It has such advantages as quick drying, low power consumption, economic resources, environment-friendly and good quality and high productivity. So it is used in even wider printing fields. This paper introduces the state-of-art of UV ink and its composition, classification, curing mechanism and application . The development trend of UV technology is also specified in brief.
