A Study on the Sustainability of River Basin and Its Way of Realization:Spatial Reallocation of Land Use

流域的可持续发展应满足"自然可能、经济可行、社会可接受"等原则,因此,根据流域可持续发展的运行机理,构建了以流域整体开发为指导思想、以流域土地利用空间重组为手段的流域可持续发展实现途径。

The paper develops a new assessment framework of the sustainability of river basin, which consists of the possibility in natural dimension , the economic feasibility and the social acceptance. Based on this, a new practical way of realization it is introduced. The new way is under the rule of holistic development and takes spatial reallocation of land use as its main measure.
