有效供给:中国宏观经济运行的主要问题及对策

Effective Supply: The Main Problem and Measures in the Circulation of Macro Economy

自 2 0世纪 90年代中期以来 ,需求不足、供给过剩只是中国宏观经济运行现状的表象。而问题的实质却是无效供给过剩 ,或称有效供给不足 ,供给被动。在中国目前的宏观经济调控中 ,我们在刺激、扩大有效需求的同时 ,还应重视激励、优化、提升、增大有效供给 ,走供给主动之路 。

The phenomenon of macro economy is demand scarcity and supply excess, but the essence of the problem is the invalid supply excess, or named effective supply scarcity, which is called supply passive by the author. We should both enlarge demand and encourage, improve, promote, enlarge supply, and adopt the method of positive supply, in the management of macro economy, in order to realize policy transformation from the single round start to the double rounds start.
