摘要
目的 对 4 6例先天性上睑下垂分别采用了三种不同手术方法 ,对其进行了比较分析。方法 A组 :单纯上睑提肌缩短术 ;B组 :改良额肌 GORE线悬吊术 ;C组 :额肌瓣作上睑动力再造悬吊。观察术后上睑形态和功能的矫正效果及并发症的发生。结果 术后达 级和 级疗效者占全部病例数的 89% ,并发症的出现率为 90 %。结论 先天性上睑下垂矫正术应根据受术者的病情程度 ,选择合术式 ,提高疗效并发症。
Purpose This essay analyzes and compares the three different surgical methods used in curing congenital blepharotosis.Methods In group A,elevator shortening method was adopted to upper eyelids only.In group B,suspension with 60 RE cores was used to improve frontal muscle.In group C,upper eyelid power reconstruction and suspension was adopted to frontal muscular flap.Orthotic effects of shape and function of upper eyelids as well as occurrence of complications after the surgery were observed.Results Patients having level Ⅰ and Ⅱ curative effects amounted to 89% of all patients.Complications occurred at a rate of 90%.Conclusion Orthotherapies for congenital blepharotosis should be subject to patients'conditions.Combined methods should be adopted,so as to enhance curative effects and reduce complications.
