摘要
目的 探讨甲状舌管囊肿和瘘管的诊断和治疗。方法 回顾性分析南京口腔医院头颈外科 1998- 2 0 0 3年所收治的37例甲状舌管囊肿和瘘管的临床资料。结果 37例患者 ,男 2 3例 ,女 14例 ,年龄 3- 6 7岁 ,平均 37.1岁。本组病例均经手术切除并经病理证实 ,随访 6 - 4 2个月 ,无 1例复发。结论 治疗采用手术治疗 ,尤其是手术切口的选择、对舌骨的处理及残端的处理是治疗的关键。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of thyroglossal cyst and fistula.Methods Thirty-seven cases of thyroglossal cyst and fistula treated in ENT department of Nanjing Stomotology Hospital from 1998 to 2003 were retrospectively reviewed.Results 23patients were male and 14 patients were female,the age ranged from 3-67 years old,average 37 1 years old.All the patients were operated and had been pathological proved.They were observed for 6-42 months after the surgry.No patient recurred.Conclusions Incisions choosing,treatment to hyoid and stump are the key of operation of thyroglossal cyst and fistula.
