强制戒毒人员的心理状况及康复对策

The Psychological Condition of the Addicts and Healing Countermeasure.

目的 探讨强制戒毒人员生理脱毒后的心理状况 ,并提出相应的康复对策。方法 采用精神症状自评量表 ( SCL-90 )及自编“强制戒毒人员心理状况调查表”对 3 8例强制戒毒人员进行评定。结果 强制戒毒人员 84.2 %存在各种忧虑 ,对工作生活缺乏信心、自暴自弃者占 60 .5 % ,有自杀念头者占 2 3 .7% ;SCL-90结果显示抑郁、焦虑与正常人相比有极显著差异 ( P<0 .0 0 1 ) ,躯体化、人际关系与正常人相比有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 1 )。经过心理康复治疗 ,上述 4项均与治疗前有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 0 1 )。结论 强制戒毒人员存在明显的心理障碍 ,心理康复治疗可促进强制戒毒人员彻底戒毒 ,回归社会。

Objective To study the psychological condition of the addicts after compulsory detoxification and bring forward the corresponding healing countermeasure.Methods SCL-90 and self-adopted'the psychology condition questionnaine of addicts after compulsory detoxificaton'were used to evaluate 38 addicts after compulsory detoxification.Results 84.2% of these addicts had the mood of depression and anxiety,60.5% were abandonment and lost heart,23.7% had suicdal idea.There were significiant difference between the addicts and normal Chineses at the factor of depression and anxietyP<0.001.Compared with normal Chineses,there were obvious difference at the factor of somatization and interpesonal sensitivityP<0.01.After education,the depression?anxiety?somatization?interpersonal sensitivity were greatly improvedP<0.05～0.01.Conclusion Addicts always had serious psychological disorders and healing treatment could help them to return to the society.
