“非典”期间医科大学生心理状态

The Mental State of Medical College Student during the Period of SARS Diffusion.

目的 了解“非典”流行期间大学生的心理状态。方法 采用 SCL -90 ,SAS,SDS量表对 1 0 4名大学生进行心理状态评定 ,并与全国常模比较。结果 大学生在躯体化、偏执、强迫、焦虑、抑郁、恐怖、精神病性因子分和阳性项目数上高于国内常模 ,存在明显的焦虑和抑郁。结论 大学生在“非典”流行期间存在明显的心理问题和情绪障碍。

Objective To understand the mental state of medical college student during the period of SARS diffusion.Methods 104 medical college students were assessed by SCL-90,SAS and SDS,and compared to the national norm.Results The factor scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobic anxiety,paranoid ideation and psychotisms were higher significantly.Conclusion There were obvious psychological and emotional disorders during the period of SARS diffusion.
