摘要
目的 探讨老年人心理卫生与生活质量的关系及其影响因素。方法 采用中华医学会编制的“老年人生活质量调查表”,对沈阳市 45 5名 60岁及以上老年人心理卫生负性事件排在首位的是“子女受挫折或病重或去世”,其次是“经济困难”。老年人正向心理感受中排于首位的是“精力好”。负向心理感受中排于首位的是“不中用了”。目前担心的事情排于首位的是“看病难”,其次是“经济困难”。结论 为提高老年人的生活质量 ,老年人应培养乐观畅达的性格 ,保持良好的心理卫生状况 ;建立和睦团结的家庭关系 ,加强社会联系是改善老年人的心理卫生状况的另一措施 ;国家大力发展社会生产力 ,加快经济发展步伐 ,是提高老年人生活质量的根本保证。
Objective To study the relation between elder people's psychological health and quality of life and its effect factors.Methods According to the questionnaire for elder people's quality of life made by Epidemiology Group of Geriatric Medicine Committee of Chinese.455 elder peoples of 60 years of and older living in Shenyang have been investigated.Results Relation between elder people's psychological health and quality of life is very close.Childern have been setback of fell ill or died,is the first bad factor that cause elder people have bad feeling.Second factor is bad economic condition.Elder people have good mood feel they are useless now.Main things elder people afraid now is that they can't bear medical expense and the bad economic condition.Conclusion Have a optimistic character to keep a fine psychological health.Build a harmony and united family relation.Strengthen social contact is another measure to better elder people's psychological health.Develop social produce force,speed up the step of economic development,enhance people's living level,let the elder people have a fine quality of life.
