济钢中厚板产品坯料配尺优化

Optimization of Size Distribution of Slab Material for Medium and Heavy Products in Jinan Iron and Steel Co.Ltd

根据济钢两个板厂现状以及炼钢工艺条件的变化 ,重新确定了两个板厂的产品规格组距 ,确定了产品坯料配尺方案 ,轧钢工序同时进行了适应性改造 ,实施多倍尺轧制 。

Based on the present status in two plants of plate and change in steel- making process conditions in Jinan Iron and Steel Co.Ltd,product sizes are re-established in the two plants of plate,size distribution scheme of slab material for products is determined,meanwhile,adaptive modification is carried out on plate rolling procedure,multiple-length rolling is implemented,yield ratio is enhanced by a large margin in the two plants of plate.
