优秀医学毕业生的人格特征及心理健康状况研究

Study of Personality Chanacteristic and Mental Health Status of Excellent Medial Graduates.

目的 探讨应届优秀医学毕业生的人格特征及心理健康。方法 采用卡特尔 1 6种人格因素量表 ( 1 6PF)、SCL-90症状自评量表 ,整群测试广州中医药大学临床医学院应届毕业生中 1 68名优秀生 ,并以 467名普通毕业生为对照。结果 1优秀医学毕业生 1 6PF测试显示 5高 2低的人格特征 ,即高兴奋性、高敢为性、高怀疑性、高聪慧性和高恃强性 ;低独立性和低自律性 ( P<0 .0 5 )。 2 1 6PF综合预测次级人格因素和 SCL-90测试均显示优秀生明显外向 ,且创造能力高 ,具有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 ,P<0 .0 5 )。 3 1 6PF和 SCL-90提示优秀医学毕业生情绪稳定性较高 ,但同时具有一定的焦虑性。结论 优秀医学毕业生的人格特征可作为医学院校培养优秀人才的参照依据 ;通过完善和健全在校生的兴奋、恃强、敢为、外向和稳定性等人格特征 ,可培养更多心理健康的优秀医学毕业生。

Objective To study the personality trait and mental health status of excellent graduates in Medical College.Methods In cluster sampling,compared with the common 467 graduates,168 excellent pre-graduates of Medical College of Guangzhou TCM University were tested by the Cattell's 16 Personality Factors Questionnaire(16PF) and SCL-90.Results ①The 16PF Test of the excellent graduate indicated five advantages and two disadvantages of the personality traits.i.e.the advantages of excitement,courage,suspicion,intelligence and ambition(P<0.05)as well as the dsadvantage of independence,self-discipline(P<0.05).②The comprehensive forecast of 16PF and SCL-90 made it clear that the excellent graduates bear obvious extroversion which had distinctive difference(P<0.01 or P<0.05).③The test of 16PF and SCL-90 also showed the high level of emotional stability and mental health of the excellent medical graduates,but they also have some degree of anxious.Conclusion The personality trait of excellent medical graduates can be used as consultation basis to better such personality traits of common graduates as ambition,excitement,courage extroversion and stability and to raise the standard of mental health as well.
