摘要
现代教育心理学认为,情商的培养,对调动学生学习的积极性、主动性、创造性具有重要的作用。教师在教学过程中,要改革传统的教学方法,因材施教,在提高自身素质的同时,注重对学生情商的培养。
Modern education psychologists think the training of emotion quality is very important in developing students'activeness and creativeness,Teachers should change their traditional teaching methods,i.e.they should teach different students in different ways.Teachers should put emphasis on the training of students'emotion quality when they improve their own qualities.
