The interior mechanism that can inspire patriotic acts includes patriotic cognition, patriotic emotion, patriotic capability, behavior potential and habit, and so on. The exterior mechanism for cultivating patriotic acts means behavior education, behavior encouragement, behavior guide, and legal protection. An appropriate combination of these two mechanisms will be helpful to the cultivation of patriotic acts for contemporary youth.
