优质教育是实现最优良培养目标的所有教育手段的总结,也是教育体制变革和发展的一种结果。优质教育必须以现代教育思想为指导,实施优质教育必须以良好的课程设置和结构为基础要素,以师资和教学管理的现代化为关键环节,以校园文化建设为必要背景。目前优质教育已成为高等学校竞争发展中的重要内容之一,提倡优质教育将成为我国今后高等教育改革的重点。

High quality education is both a generalization of all the educational ways purporting to fulfill the best target of training students and an outcome of transformational change for the educational system. The high quality education should be guided by those updated educational ideas. Meanwhile, realization of the high quality education will as its basic factors depend on the best curriculum structure. It will also take teacher team and modernization of teaching management as its key part, and construction of campus culture as its necessary background. Today, high quality education has become one of the important qualifications for developing high education in competition, and promotion of such an educational way will play a key role in the educational enterprise of China in future.
