摘要
炎性因子在Alzheimer病 (简称AD)中的作用越来越受到研究者的重视 ,成为研究AD发病机制的又一热点。近来的研究表明 ,炎性因子遗传多态性与AD的发病和发展相关 ,为寻找AD相关基因提供了新的线索。本文总结分析了各种炎性因子IL 1、IL 6、TNF α、趋化因子及补体等参与AD发病的机制 。
Inflammatory factors play an important role in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease (AD) and has become a hot spot in the research on AD etiology. Recent studies showed that the genetic polymorphisms of inflammatory factors were associated with AD risk and progression, indicating a new clue for searching new candidate genes of AD. This review elucidates the mechanisms of various factors, i.e. IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α, chemokine and complement in AD pathogenesis. The association of these genetic polymorphisms with AD was also summarized.
