紫花地丁黄酮含量季节性变化研究

采用紫外分光光度法测定了不同季节紫花地丁中总黄酮的含量 ,检测波长为 5 10nm ,标准曲线相关系数r为 0 .9993,相对标准偏差 2 .0 98% ,平均加样回收率为 99.82 %。实验结果表明此法准确度较高 ,为紫花地丁生药与成品药黄酮类化合物含量测定提供了一种切实可行的方法 ;方差分析显示 ,不同季节采收的紫花地丁中总黄酮含量的差异是不同的。

The concentration of flavonoids of variant seasonal Viola philippicassp.munda W.Becker was determind with ultraviolet spectuophtometry,the detective wavelength was 510nm,the R2 of standard curve was 0.9993 and the relative standard deviation was 2.098%,with the average recovery of 99.82%.The result showed that the rate of veracity of this method was high and this provided the determination of not same seasonal Viola philippicassp.munda W.Becder flavonoids of pharmacognositic and finished products a feasible method.Variance analysis show that there is very much difference from these variant seasonal Viola philippicassp.munda W.Becder.
