In this paper,the features and functions of subsequent evaluation on constructional projects are expatiated. With the method after completion of water projects, all experience, example, or observation collected in each phase are summarized and fed back to decision-makers and investors. The author strongly set forth that the evaluation is important precondition and means of realizing scientific decision-making in water projects. Furthermore, the subsequent evaluation is deemed an indispensability phase in project management cycle.
