摘要
为强化精馏塔,空气分离最有发展前途的是采用当量直径小的有规则的有隙的孔板波纹填料或丝网波纹填料。试验结果表明精馏效果是很有效的。介绍了该种新型高效填料的结构特点和特性分析、设计以及在空分设备中的应用范围。这种填料可替代鞍形网填料、θ网环填料,也可替代筛板塔。它具有很高的传质效率,阻力降小。是超低压流程中最有希望的一种精馏塔。从填料特性分析,改进填料形式是强化填料塔的途径之一,降低填料塔高度有待于做更多的研究。
Using the small equivalent diameter , regular , porous orifice plate corrugated packing or gauze corrugated packing is the most developable in air separation in order to enhance the distillation column.The results show that the distillation effenciency is effective.The structural characteristic ,property analysis and application of the high effenciency packing in the air separation plants are illustrated.This kind of packing can be replaced by saddle gauze packing , gauze packing and sieve-plate column.Having high mass-transfer effenciency and low pressure drop , it is the most hopefulest distillation column in super-low pressure flow path.Modifing the packing form is one of the way to enhance the packing column on the basis of the packing property ,but more research should be done on reducing the height of the pacing column.
