摘要
为了解决中凸变椭圆活塞数控车削加工的高实时性要求 ,设计了具有上下位机、多处理器结构的数控系统。系统使用固高多轴运动控制器实现普通数控模块的实时控制 ,使用DSP控制器作为椭圆截面生成模块———直线伺服系统的核心控制器 ,一体化工作站负责数控系统的管理、数据处理和人机交互等实时性要求较低的工作。采用多层次、模块化的思想 ,在Windows2 0 0 0平台下开发了中凸变椭圆活塞车削数控软件系统 ,很好地满足了活塞加工的要求 ,并且具有功能强大、界面友好、使用方便和柔性好等特点。该数控系统已在工厂得到实际应用并形成了正式产品。
To meet the high performance and real time requirement in machining of the non circular middle convex and varying ellipse piston, the CNC system with multi processor and upper nether architecture was designed. Multi axis motion controller was used to realize the real time control of normal CNC module. A DSP controller was used as the key control component of ellipse section turning module,i.e., linear servo system. The IPC is responsible for those work with less real time requirement, such as CNC system management, data processing and human machine interaction. Through adopting the multi layer and modulization idea, the CNC system for middle convex and varying ellipse piston turning was developed under the Windows2000 platform, which satisfies the requirement of piston processing. This system has a few merits including powerful functions, friendly interface, easy use, good expansibility and so on. This system has been tested in one factory and put into manufacturing.
