摘要
从刀具的选用、切削用量、冷却等几方面对钛合金切削中的一些规律进行研究。以切削表面的几何参数和断屑情况等因素为评价指标 ,以薄壁轴套零件为加工对象 ,推荐适合该种零件加工的刀具和切削用量。经实际生产应用 ,所推荐的切削参数可以满足生产要求。
In order to choose suitable tools, determine the cutting parameters and coolant on titanium alloy, a cutting study is carried out, and some rules on TC4 alloy are presented. The roughness of cutting body and chip breaking are used to appraise cutting properties. All these done through taking the thin wall parts for cutting. It is proved that the experiments met well with the practice.
