工业化、城镇化与农业现代化互动发展,是农区全面建设小康社会的基本途径。发展畜牧业及其相关产业则是实现上述"三化"的重要选择。农区要用工业理念发展畜牧业,以食品工业为龙头,调整农村产业经济结构,加大对畜牧业的投引资力度,积极鼓励民营企业发展,加强农村人力资源能力建设。

The interactive development of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization is fundamental approach to build a comprehensive well-off society in agricultural area, and the development of animal husbandry and its related industries is an important choice to achieve such goal. In the agricultural area, food industry should play a leading role, the rural industrial structure be adjusted, greater efforts be made to increase inputs in animal husbandry and attract more investment, the private economy be encouraged, and the capabilities of rural human resources be strengthened.
