滋养细胞肿瘤153例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 153 cases of gestational trophoblastic tumor.

目的 分析滋养细胞肿瘤的临床特点和综合治疗后的预后转归 ,探讨滋养细胞肿瘤临床各期的最佳治疗方法。方法 收集 1988年 1月至 2 0 0 0年 12月收治的恶性滋养细胞肿瘤共 15 3例 ,分析经化疗或手术治疗后的临床转归。结果 绒癌治愈率 76 19% ,侵蚀性葡萄胎治愈率为 90 99%。结论 滋养细胞肿瘤的化疗效果可靠 ,对于Ⅱ期以上病例 ,采用以全身化疗为主 ,辅以多种途径的给药方式 。

Objective To analyse the clinical features and prognosis of gestational trophoblastic tumor (GTT)following the treatment and to research for the best treatment for different stages of GTT.Methods The clinical data of 153 cases of GTT from 1988 to 2000 in our hospital were retrospectively studied,mainly the clinical outcomes after chemotherapy or operation.Results The cure rate of choriocarcinoma and invasive mole were 76.19% and 90.99%,respectively.Conclusion The effect of chemotherapy on GTT is reliable;it will be better to take general chemotherapy assisted by multiple injection ways.
