化疗对卵巢癌患者NK细胞活性的影响

Changes of NK cells cytotoxic activity in patients undergoing adjuvant polychemotherapy for ovarian carcinoma.

目的 观察化疗对NK细胞活性的损伤程度。方法 收集 1999～ 2 0 0 1年 32例上皮性卵巢癌 ,观察化疗前后NK细胞活性的变化。然后与IL 2共培养 ,观察其活性恢复情况。结果 化疗后与化疗前比较 ,NK细胞活性下降明显 ,差异有统计学意义。应用IL 2共培养后 ,化疗前NK细胞活性明显升高 ;化疗后第 1～ 3疗程细胞活性升高有显著性 ,第 4～ 6疗程活性无显著性变化。结论 化疗损伤了NK细胞的活性 ,早期损伤程度较轻 ,能恢复 ;晚期损伤程度较重 。

Objective To observe the damage of natural killer cells cytotoxic activity before and after adjuvant polychemotherapy.Methods Thirty-two epithelial ovarian cancer patients were enrolled in this study between 1999 to 2001.The changes of NK cellular activity were detected before and after each cycle of chemotherapy.After that,NK cells were incubated with IL-2 to learn whether their activity could recover.Results The cytotoxic activity of natural killer cells decreased after adjuvant polychemotherapy,and the changes were statistically significant.After incubated with IL-2,NK cells activity increased before each cycle and after 1st to 3rd cycle,but there were no significant changes after 4th to 6th cycle.Conclusion Chemotherapy impairs the activity of NK cells,which can recover in early stage,but not in later stage.
