摘要
介绍了 2∶1型层状硅酸盐 (LS)的结构并用它通过溶液插层法对RTV硅橡胶 (RTVSR)电绝缘材料进行纳米化改性 ,借助SEM电镜协助分析和判断了它在RTVSR中的分散状况及是否形成RTVSR/LS纳米复合材料。最后讨论了RTVSR与复合材料的耐HCl酸能力的不同 ,FT -IR测试结果显示复合材料的耐酸能力好于RTVSR。
In this paper, nano layered silicate of 2∶1 type is used for the modification of RTV silicone rubber(RTVSR), RTVSR/layered silicate nanocomposite is synthesized by means of solution. The basic structure of 2∶1 type layered silicate is introduced and its dispersal situation in RTVSR is also studied with the help of SEM. Finally, differences of HCl resistant properties between pure RTV and RTVSR/layered silicate nano-composite are further discussed based on the test result of FT-IR. The result indicates that RTVSR/layered silicate nano-composite is better than pure RTVSR in the field of HCl resistant properties.
