摘要 描述了螺旋带状发生器的基本原理、设计参考和实现依据 ,在此基础上设计和实现了一种脉冲高压发生器 ,并基于脉冲高压发生器研制了一台脉冲电压幅度为 15 0kV、脉冲半宽为 5 0ns、重复频率为 2~ 5Hz的便携式ns级脉冲高压功率电源 ,同时给出了该电源的初级脉冲驱动源和控制电路的设计以及发生器输出电压的测量方式。 The basic principle of spiral strip line generator and the reference of design and implement are presented. A pulsed high voltage generator which is based on spiral strip line generator is designed and developed. A 2~5Hz portable nanosecond pulse high voltage power supply with output voltage 150 kV and output pulse half-spike width 50 ns is developed. The primary driving source, the control circuit and the measurement of output pulse high-voltage are described.
