摘要
对山西省腹部盆地大气层中水汽含量的时空分布状况和开发利用空中水资源的实践经验及其经济效益进行了论证 ,选择 1998年 4月 2 7~ 2 8日山西省南部飞机增雨作业过程进行典型人工增雨作业过程效果评价 ,结论为作业后累积增雨率在第 480min时最大 ,为有效开展人工增雨作业提供了一定的依据。
In this paper, time and space distributions of water vapor in the middle basin of Shanxi Province, practical experience of water resources development in the air, and the economic benefits are demonstrated. The rainfall augment process by airplane during April 27-28, 1998 in the southern part of the province is selected to evaluate the effect of typical artificial rainfall augment process. The results show the accumulated rainfall augment rate reaches the maximum at 480 min, which provides basis for effective development of artificial rainfall augment process.
