风险管理技术是一种高层次的综合性管理技术。在人工挖孔桩施工中应用风险管理技术,可帮助项目管理者有准备地、理性地面对施工中所可能遇见的质量和安全风险,并采取措施最大限度地减少风险,避免事故的发生,最终减少或避免财产损失和人员伤亡。
The risk management technique is a high-level compre-
hensive management work. The risk management technigue is applied in
the construction of the artificial excavated piles, which can help the
project manager to preparatory and rationally face the quality and safety
risk in the construction, and to adopt measures to reduce the risk in a
maximum limit to avoid accidents occuring, and finally to reduce and
avoid the loss of property and to ensure the personal safety.
