Design and Construction of Tunnel across Yellow River at Yanshuiguan for Gas Transportation Project from West China to East

对西气东输延水关黄河隧道的设计和施工进行了总结 ,着重介绍了黄河水底隧道的堵水设计和施工特点 ,通过采用“超前探水 ,注浆堵水 ,微振爆破 ,短挖进尺 ,及时喷锚 ,后接衬砌”的施工原则 ,不仅在隧道掘进期间防止了较大涌水的发生 ,而且加快了施工进度 ,取得了良好的效果。

The design and construction of tunnel acros s Yellow River at Yanshuig uan for gas transportation project from west China to east was summed up, the sp ecific features of water stopping design and construction of the tunnel in Yello w River Bed are introduced. The principles for the construction are as follows: water probing in advance, water stopping by grout injection, blasting with sligh t vibration, short footage of tunneling, shot anchorage in time, followed lining . Excellent results were gained, no large water gush occurred during excavation and the construction work was accelerated.
