Intensive Use of Urban Underground Space in Shenzhen

深圳市自 2 0 0 0年开始启动的地铁工程建设引发了市场对地下空间开发利用的关注热潮 ,目前地铁车站周边地区已建和在建的地下空间已形成一定规模。为了有效的保护和合理的利用城市地下空间资源 ,深圳市政府开展了一系列的理论研究和实践探索。

Since the start of metro construction of Sh enzhen in 2000, there was a great attention to the development and utilization of underground space. At pr esent, the projects constructed or under construction in underground space aroun d the metro station have a large scale. In order to conserve and use the urban u nderground space resource properly, a series of theoretical research and practic al exploration were organized by Shenzhen government.
