摘要
论述了建立油气输送管线用螺旋缝埋弧焊管(SSAW)制造质量体系的重要性;从材料控制、工艺控制、焊接质量控制、钢管检验和试验等方面对SSAW制造质量控制进行了分析,并提出了建议。
A discussion is made on the importance of establishing a quality system for the manufacture of spiral submerged are welded pipes(SSAW)used for oil and gas transmission.After an analysis,some suggestions are given for quality conotrol in the manufacture of SSAW pipes in terms of materi-als control,process control,welding quality control,and steel pipe inspection and test.
