摘要
目前我国存在投资过热问题,钢铁、汽车、房地产、高科技以及流通和农业等领域的重复建设,影响了财政收支,造成了资源的巨大浪费,加大了金融风险,削弱了企业的竞争力。为此,必须采取有效措施,对重复建设进行治理。
There exists the problem of overheated investment in China. In such industries as iron and steel, automobile, real estate, as well as in the fields of circulation and agriculture, duplicated construction projects are affecting the revenue and expenditure of public finance, causing tremendous waste of resources, increasing financial risk, and crippling the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, effective steps must be taken to check them.
