Conditions of Developing Community Sport Clubs (Organizations) and Their Characters

运用社会学的组织互动理论的分析方法。对我国城市社区体育俱乐部 (组织 )发展的条件和操作要点进行讨论。从政府 (社会环境 )与社区体育俱乐部 (组织 )的相互关系入手 ,寻找政府作用和社区体育俱乐部 (组织 )发展的操作性因素。认为在政府行政作用的条件下 ,城市社区体育俱乐部 (组织 )具有行为的主动性和行为的可能性。服务性、非营利性和结合性是城市社区体育俱乐部 (组织 )建立和发展的基本操作要素。

By means of the theory of organizational interactivity of sociology, the paper discussed the conditions of developing community sport clubs (organizations) in the Chinese cities and main points in operation. It focused on the rela tionship between the governments (social environment) and community sport clubs (organizations) to look for the operating factors in the governmental functions and in the development of community sport clubs (organizations). It's believed t hat with the context of the administrative function of the governments, community sport clubs (organizations) have initiatives and possibility in behavior. The characters of service, non-profit and integration are the basic operating factor s in the establishment and development of community sport clubs (organizations) in the Chinese cities.
