摘要
高原训练自墨西哥奥运会后逐渐兴起 ,现在已被国内外许多教练员与运动员在很多项目上如游泳与田径等广泛采用 ,并取得了显著效果。但高原训练也有一些失败的例子 ,分析其原因主要是由于低氧环境下的训练对机体的刺激更深 ,训练强度更大 ,对运动员的机能评定与监控不利所致。本文的目的旨在通过优秀运动员在高原训练期间生理机能的变化特点 ,总结各生理指标变化规律 ,以制定出运动员生理机能的评定方法 ,来监控运动员高原训练期间的身体机能状况 ,保证教练员在高原训练期间训练计划的顺利实施。
Altitude training has become more and more popular since the Mexico Olympic Games. It has been widely adopted in a lot of sports events, such as swimming and track and field, by many coaches and athletes home and abroad and gained many good results. However, on the other hand, there are some instances showing that altitude training can not improve athletes' performance mainly because when training in hypoxia, a higher exercise intensity gives deeper stimulation to athletes; meanwhile athletes' physical condition is not monitored and evaluated properly. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to institute a proper physiological method to monitor and evaluate athletes' physical condition in their altitudet raining inorder to keep altitude training going well and get a good result from altitude training.
