对60~89岁老年人下肢柔韧性的测试研究 被引量:7

摘要 下肢柔韧性是评价老年人体质状况的重要参数。本文介绍了两种测量柔韧性方法 ,并用这两种方法连续两年测试了 16 5和 16 0名 6 0~ 89岁老年人 ,对两年的测试数据表明 ,在这两年期间各年龄组老年人的下肢柔韧性没有显著性的改变 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;而且 ,两种测试方法测得的数据之间也没有显著性差异 ;但 6 0~ 6 9岁组与 80~ 89岁组之间却存在显著性的差异 (P <0 .0 1)。同时 ,测试数据表明 ,经常进行体育锻炼的老年人下肢柔韧性优于不经常进行体育锻炼的老年人 ,差异有统计学上的显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,证明体育锻炼对延缓老年人下肢各项功能的衰退起着重要的作用。本研究也证实椅子柔韧性实验方法可以作为测试老年人下肢柔韧性的可靠而简便的方法。 Measuring lower limbs' flexibility is critical in evaluating the functional performance of older people. This study was to recommend two tests as meas ures of lower limbs' flexibility of old people over 60 years old. 165 and 160 ol d people volunteered to participate in the study respectively in two years. No significant differences were detected for each age group during the two years (P>0.05), and in the two tests. However, remarkable differences existed in the age group in which the old people were between 60 and 69 and the age group in which the old people were between 80 and 89 (P<0.01)). Meanwhile, the statistics showed that the old people who took part in physical exercises had better lower limbs ' flexibility than those who seldom took part in physical exercise, and the diff erences had significance in the science of statistics (P<0.01). It showed that physical exercise played a key role in delaying the decline of the lower limbs' functions for the old people. It also validated that the chair sit-reach test cou ld be regarded as a reliable and convenient way to measure the lower limbs' flex ibility of the old people.
