试论“电子政务”环境下的煤田地质档案管理

On Coal Geological Archives Management under ″e Administration″

分析了电子政务的功能,提出了电子政务环境下煤田地质档案管理模式,即:档案资料标准化、数字化,异地收集、汇交电子文件和信息服务网络化,阐述了档案信息资源充分共享、微型化和发展趋势。

Coal geological archives management under ″e administration″ has four major functions of transaction, information management, aid decision-making and information sharing. Its operating course is: firstly logging coal geological archives, establishing various geological information databases or latticing; then drawing up manuscript, file receiving and dispatching, giving an official, inspecting, supervising and hastening, file printing and so on;finally acquiring and transferring various information outside the network. The trend of development is archives information fully sharing and microminiaturization.
