摘要
探究上海市学校篮球教练 (初中、高中、大学 )领导行为与运动员满意度之间的关系。该研究所使用的测量工具是台湾学者所修订的中文版运动领导量表 (LeadershipScaleforSports,Chelladurai,1994 ) ,采用相关分析、单因子多变量变异数分析和逐步回归等统计方法 ,对 2 99名 13岁以上的上海市初中、高中及大学的篮球运动员进行研究 ,结果表明 :要想提高篮球运动员和篮球队的成绩 ,以及篮球运动员的满意度 ,教练应当在实际的运动情景中多采用”训练与指导行为”和”社会支持行为”。
The author tries to reveal the interrelationship between the basketball coaches' leadership behavior and the basketball players' satisfaction in Shanghai schools (junior high schools, senior high schools and colleges). The Chinese version of Chelladurai's Leadership Scale for Sports(1994) revised by Taiwan Residents scholars serves as the measure of leadership behavior. Such statistical methods as correlation, one-way MANOVA and stepwise regression are applied to analyze the results. The subjects of the research are 299 basketball players who are over 13 and are studying at junior high schools, senior high schools and colleges in Shanghai. The following results are achieved: if the basketball coaches are to p romote the basketball teams' performance and basketball players' satisfaction, they will have to strengthen the 'training and instruction behavior'and'social support behavior'.
