摘要
目的 :研究覆盆子、炙首乌、苡米等 8味中草药对超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用。方法 :利用邻苯三酚自氧化体系生产超氧自由基 ,用单扫描示波极谱法进行检测。结果 :覆盆子、炙首乌、槐米、生蒲黄、红花、炙黄芪、苡米、生首乌抑制率为50 %时的相应浓度 (IC5 0 )分别为 0 .0 467,0 .1640 ,0 .773 0 ,1.3 570 ,1.410 0 ,2 .53 70 ,3 .0 83 0 ,3 .2 180 mg· ml- 1。结论 :发现分析的 8种中药都能不同程度地清除超氧自由基 ,其中覆盆子。
Objective:To study the scavenging effect on superoxide ani on radical of Fructus Rubi, fried Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Semen Coicis and other 5 Chinese traditional medicines. Methods: Single sweep oscillopolarogaphy was applied to de termine the superoxide radical that was produced by the autoxidation of pyrogall ol. Results: The concentration in which the inhibitory ration was 50% (IC 50 ) of Fructus Rubi, fried Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Flos Sophorae, Pollen Typhae, Flos Carthami, fried Radix Astragali, Semen Coicis, Radix Polygoni Multiflori are 0.046 7,0.164 0,0.773 0,1.357 0, 1.410 0 ,0.537 0,3.083 0 mg·ml -1 respectively. Conclusion: The 8 Chinese medicines can scavenge the super oxide radical in different level and Fructus Rubi, fried Radix Polygoni Mu ltiflori are the best of all.
