摘要
为正确指导体育锻炼的实践 ,保证体育锻炼活动的健康发展 ,丰富和完善体育锻炼的理论和方法体系。本文运用方法学和体育学的原理对体育锻炼的概念、属性、体育锻炼方法的构成要素、结构和方法体系进行探讨。指出 :体育锻炼是以身体练习和运动负荷为手段 ,以健身健美、娱乐休闲、保健康复、心理智能锻炼为活动内容 ,为增强体质、增进身心健康 ,提高和保持机体能力而进行的一类体育运动。体育锻炼方法是指体育锻炼过程中采用的各种体育手段、途径和方式。它依据体育的目的和规律以一定的方式联系而构成的多要素、多层次、多类型的方法系统。
To offer guidance to physical exercise with the purpose to guaranteet he healthy development of physical exercise and perfect its theories and methodology, the paper explores the concept, property, and the ingredients, structure and methodology of physical exercise based on the principle of sport science. It points out that physical exercise takes training and sport loads as methods, bodybuilding, recreation, healthcare and rehabilitation, psychological exercise as contents, building up and enhancing physical and mental health and remaining and improving physical function as the purpose. In physical exercise, many methods and ways can be adopted. It is a system of multi factors, multi levels and multi types, which are related and connected in some way on the basis of the objective and rule of sports.
