高效液相色谱法测定伤科七味片中士的宁的含量

Determination of Strychnine in Shangke Qiwei Tablets by HPLC

目的 :测定伤科七味片中士的宁的含量。方法 :高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为 PHENOMENEX SIL IC(2 ) (150 mm×4.6mm 5μm) ;流动相为正己烷 -二氯甲烷 -甲醇 -浓氨 (42 .5∶ 42 .5∶ 5∶ 0 .3 5) ;柱温 2 5℃ ;检测波长 2 54nm。结果 :伤科七味片中士的宁与其他成分分离良好。线性范围 :0 .164～ 3 .2 8μg,r=0 .9997,平均回收率 :99.57% ,RSD为 0 .69%。结论 :该法灵敏度高 ,操作简单 。

Objective: To develop a method for the determination of th e contents of strychnine in Shangke Qiwei Tablets by HPLC. Methods: Determined by HPLC using Phenomenex SILTC (2) (15 0 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column; n-Hexane: dichlorome thane: methanol: ammonia solu tion (42.5∶42.5∶5∶0.35) as mobile phase and UV detector at 254 nm. Results: The content of strychnine had a good linearity in the range of 0.164～3.28 μg (r=0.999 7). The average recovery was 99.57% a nd RSD was 0.69% (n=5). Conclusion: The method is rapid, reliable and simple and c an be used for the quality control of Shangke Qiwei Tablets.
